Washroom, kitchen not clean. Same slippers for everyone, loud noises after 10:00 when I had to awake by 5 am. Paid for two night stayed one The ad stated no refund!

Odour throughout the property unexplained, stained countertops in the kitchen when arrived, everything was subpar, you get what you pay for, but the unexplained smell throughout the house was very displeasing, very pungent especially in the kitchen area, ruins your whole appetite, along with having to share with 1 house with random strangers was unexpected

Cleanliness is all around no care. Bathtube is so dirty. Restroom sink is defective and no water at all. Staff there talk very loud all day long... She does not realize customer is resting and sleeping.
