"Our room exceeded our expectations. The location was good. Morning staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If I were to log a complaint it would be regarding parking. We circled the block a few times trying to figure out the included parking garage. It wasn't until we went into the office that we were given directions, instructions and our pass. It seems like there should be a better way to communicate this to customers in advance."

"Nash at the front desk was amazing . Courteous and sincere.Shuttle was well timed but full so don’t be late . Lot 41 had good casual food and drinks . Room was clean however could use a deep clean . Multiple Finger prints on windows and heavy dust on sills and shelve slots in bathroom . I would definitely stay here again ."

"This is our go to place to stay when we fly in and out of Toronto before heading off to visit family elsewhere in Ontario. We love the location for easy access to the airport, and it is always a smooth check-in process with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is always very clean. We noticed a few more signs of wear and tear but overall still looks great. Will be back on our next round of travel to Ontario and would recommend to friends and family if they need a place to stay."
