The staff was very polite and helpful and the use of their car to take us downtown was great, just to make sure you book as early as you can. The best part for us was that it was within walking distance of the Billy Bishop airport.

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
The rooms are tiny, definitely not big enough to accommodate a family of four. The bathroom is tiny and the door almost hits the toilet when you open it. The elevators were not working. The rooms had no recycle bins. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not worth the money we paid.
