Late booking on a Bank Holiday weekend. Quiet, relaxing beautiful period Villa guest house / small hotel. Lovely rooms, spacious and clean. "Nothing is too much trouble" vibe from owners. Friendly and informative chats Walkable to marina, town, restaurants etc all be it with Torbays plentiful hills. Lovely.

This was a late booking. We were made very welcome, and had a very comfortable stay. The room was nice, light and airy, and suited us very well. The breakfast was delicious and there was a very good choice available each day. Anthony and Pauline were able to give us good advice about the local area and facilities.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed in the garden apartment for 4 nights. Absolutely fantastic and ideal for a couple on a short break. Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here and in the locale generally. Pauline and Anthony were great hosts, ensuring all we needed was there. A lovely location - 10 minute walk down to the Harbour and some great restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend a stay here if you’re in the area.

Excellent

Pauline & Anthony were excellent hosts of a lovely hotel. They were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. The hotel is well situated, although the return journey from the sea front is steep in places. Our room was excellent and included a separate 'living room'. Breakfast was exceptional. A really fantastic weekend all round.

A great week in Torquay

Beautiful Victorian villa at the top of the hill overlooking the bay. Spotlessly clean and full of character. The hosts, Anthony and Pauline, were very welcoming and a fountain of knowledge on the local area. The walk down to the town and local restaurants was about 10-15 minutes. The walk back up the hill was a little bit longer but good exercise after a nice meal out.

Great B&B and lovely welcome

Stayed at Court Prior for 3 nights. As soon as we arrived we was made to feel welcome. We was given information on the local area, places to eat and the best ways to get around the area which turned out to be very useful, along with tea and biscuits which were just what we needed after a 5 hour drive. Our room was a double room (room 12). The standard, comfort and cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was a high standard and a great start to the day. We would defiantly recommend Court Prior and stay there again.

Very nice hotel, great choice!

What a lovely stay we had at the hotel! At a very convenient location 5 mins walk from the seaside. The owners where a very friendly and welcoming couple who run the hotel with great care and were more than happy to give us advice on places to visit and things to do in the area. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again next time we visit Torquay.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

Der Aufenthalt in Cout Prior war äusserst angenehm. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sogar bemüht individuelle Wünsche fürs Frühstück zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer sind sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, die Größe für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt wunderbar geeignet. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber man braucht nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis man am Ufer oder in der Einkaufs/Restaurantmeile ist. Für einen entspannten Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen
