"The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro. "The room was quiet and clean. The pool is lovely. The breakfast was very healthy with lots of different options. We also appreciated the transfer to and from the airport."
