"Totally disappointing stay. For a 5-star resort, it was awful. The outside pool was not in use, so only indoor pool. The lift had broken so you had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to get there. The lake view requested was disgusting. It was full of green algae and half empty. Loads of noisy ..."
