You can chill by the pool or one of the jacuzzies all day as the water in them is tempreture controlled. "I was given different price on the website when I booked it but was overcharged me with £180 till I realised. Which they refunded the money and took ages to do that. No apologies or no compensation was offered by manager who was bit rude. Please do check when you pay at the property on arrival."

I went for a week and on day 2/3 got food poisoning form the hotel food. Spoke to the front desk and didn’t really do anything about it. Even when leaving they never asked ..."

Had the air turned to 19, that was as low as it would go,but the room temperature was at 23.5. Asked the front desk for a fan, told them the problem. They said they would send maintenance. ..."
