La ubicación excelente el área de el restaurante bien, pero la habitación no funcionaba el clima y pedimos que fueran a checar y dijeron que mañana mandaban revisarlo, pero pues la estancia era de 1 noche , veníamos de Juárez y queríamos descansar bien , pero el calor no ayudó

Es un buen hotel, lastima que no v te permitan ingresar antes del cheack in(green wood si te lo permite) siempre te quieren mandar al restaurante y cuando ya es hora de ingresar pierdes otra media hora en el registro porque se juntan todas las personas, siempre te dicen que están limpiando las habitaciones. Cuando ya ingresaste al otro día ya te están tocando 8 am para hacer la limpieza.

para llegar un día

El personal de recepción no es amable sinceramente no se si las sobrepasaba la ocupación ya q era el fin del maratón, nos dieron el cuarto tarde después d la hora de check in y al día siguientes antes de las 8 nos estaban tocando para ver si ya íbamos a dejar el cuarto sinceramente me pareció q les urgía q nos fuéramos, el personal de mantenimiento 10 de 10 nos cambió una pantalla q no servía del cuarto el si fue excelente.el cuarto limpio pero únicamente tenía un bote de basura mini en el baño, me hubiera gustado tener uno en el cuarto y lo mismo afuera les hacen falta botes de basura, estuvo bien para un día q necesitaba q me saliera económico por reservar de última hora … pero más no creo

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HE TENIDO EN UN HOTEL. Primero el control de la TV no servía, tuve que bajar a la recepción a pedir que lo arreglaran dos veces y cuando quedó, tenía que estar frente al televisor para que el control pudiera cambiar al canal. Otra cosa, fue que pagué la habitación con desayuno incluido y por errores administrativos que no son problema mío, me quitaron el café de la boca en el restaurante cuando ya estaba sentada ordenando, porque no estaba en su listado de personas que podían comer, me mandaron a la recepción y la recepcionista en lugar de revisar con la aplicación y resolver, culpo a su compañera anterior y me dijo que como no me anotaron en el listado, no me podían dar el desayuno que pague. No me vuelvo a parar en ese lugar. Muy mal el servicio. NO VAYAN, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA
