"We loved our stay for our 30year anniversary! The location, views, privacy, amenities were all first rate. An unforgettable experience. Best sunset we’ve EVER seen. Angela our host was very friendly and knowledgeable about her country and took her time to give us excellent advice and perspective on the area. Just fantastic."

"Casa das, Margaritas is a hidden gem in the Hills within minutes of Caldas da Reinha. The accommodations were clean and so comfortable. Able to relax by the pool or by your room in a beautiful setting overlooking the valley.
Fabian and Selena are excellent hosts. They had delicious breakfast ready in the morning, with good conversation. They were able to recommend various sites to see parking and restaurants.

"For a 3-star hotel, this was an incredibly lovely place to stay. It is quaint hotel with a lovely garden and a gorgeous dining room looking out at the garden. The bed was quite stiff (not like firm which is desirable) and strangely short. My husband's feet had to dangle beyond the bed. It is quite difficult to find and there is no sign outside. "

"Just perfect place, wouldn't choose any other place even this was my first time in Sintra! Charming old house, renovated with good taste, clean, and all the details were thought carefully. Enjoyed every moment!"

"Positive; receptionist changed our room on arrival, beautiful sea views and sunsets, very quiet, bed made every day, room service cheap, clean hotel,
Negative; hot tub was warm, need a car as only 2 restaurants nearby, sea was choppy and full of seaweed, no kettle for tea and coffee."
"Hotel and room were great. Airport shuttle instructions were very vague and when we arrived in Lisbon we got conflicting guidance to the shuttle Pick-up point from both airport staff and police. Tried texting the hotel with no timely response. Ended-up catching an Uber and strongly recommend that option."
"Very conveniently located, out of the busy streets of the historic downtown but less than 10 min away by taxi. The best was the buffet dinner and breakfast."
"We stay overnight during a 12 hour layover and it was great because the hotel has AC (important during an heat wave event; not all hotels in Europe have this); and it is literally 5 min walk from the arrivals gates. Super safe and well lit path to the hotel. Check in is 24/7. Only critique would be charging ports in the room are no super convenient. The usb port in our room was under the TV and not by the night stand. Also, hotel mattress in Europe seem to not be soft because in the 3 hotels we stayed during our vacation, the mattresses were noticeably firm. Not necessarily a bad thing. But worth mentioning if this is a preference. The mattress in this hotel was on the firmer side.
I cannot comment on the quality of food as we ended up not using it."
"Very spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Only thing that let the hotel down, was how warm the swimming pool was. Staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again"
"Lovely hotel and great location. A little worn around the edges for sure and the Sky Bar was as hot as a greenhouse (not their fault though). Breakfast was great. The pool could be upgraded (the liner seemed to be coming loose)."
