"Excellent hotel in Covilhã, we visit Covilhã every couple of months for medical reasons, there are two hotels that we use, both with pools, depending upon the price at the time.
This time it was Donna Marie.
Excellent as always, everything works, is clean, and relaxing.
The pool area is incredible, a good sized indoor pool, poolside recliners, jacuzzi and shower.
The outdoor area is really cool
Lots of recliners and squishy chairs & sofas with parasols ☺️
Very good breakfast buffet, the fried...

Daba pena irse."

"Extremely clean property. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. They get your bags, and load them to your room. Easy and quick check in. Complimentary drink before you get to the room.
The place smelt like heaven. Not sure what that fragrance was going on in the building, but it was divine."

"Hotel is beautifully situated. Great view from our room! Staff are very attentive and helpful. Restaurant à la carte meals were excellent and one evening buffet was fairly good as well. Breakfasts were great.
One wish is that there would have been a 24 hour lobby coffee bar to get early morning coffee (or a machine in the room). Staff in the breakfast room were very accommodating, but only available after 8am when the restaurant opened."

"The room was very clean, modern with perfect air conditioning. There was a mini fridge where I kept yogurt and fruit. The lobby had snacks,a coffee machine with many choices and frozen meals which could be warmed up in the microwave downstairs.
The included breakfast was out of this world.
I will be returning and highly recommend this hotel."
