"My son who is a minor was accused of trying to get the phone numbers of 3 older housekeepers when he was just trying to hand them the phone so that they can translate what they was saying to him! They then lied and said that he rubbed across them and asked for a hug!! They called the police on my 17 year old, hotel then band him from hotel when then issue is that they have workers that don’t know English!! My child was just being a child and walking the halls , my son character was distorted!...

"Stay was ok, the noise level in the room is high compared to other properties (e.g., you can hear the room next door, and flushing from above) Car valet service is very slow, when we checked out, it took them one hour to get our car (on a Monday around noon, which was not busy at the hotel) even as we complained to the door man and then the manager, they didn't do anything to expedite."

"For an executive suite a small microwave should be expected. Otherwise, all nice."
