"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Im sorry to say that this hotel isnt as advertised. It is advertised as "luxury" with multiple indoor and outdoor pools, but you cant actually use them! The building is very old and tired, and far from the "luxury" hotel they portray. I booked this hotel specifically for a stay with my son as he loves to swim, yet once we had been allocated a room in the Refuge du Montagnard building we discovered we couldnt access the pools clearly advertised on the website. When i questioned this with reception we were told that its not possible. Ignore the pictures on the advert as they arent accurate for what you actually get. The hotel had a srong smell of sewage and drains, which wasnt pleasant. The location is very good, but sadly we wouldnt return."
