"Upon arrival staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was better than i expected, it was clean and tidy and on my second day the room was cleaned up for me again , the location was very good as there was a metro station 2 mins away which was very accessible and a 17mins walk to arc de trump but it was good "

"The room was clean, and the heat worked. The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was when I was asked for my passport to verify my identity when I checked in and the gentleman said that he had to make a copy of my passport and keep it on file for a year. He went on to say that this was their policy. I told him that I was uncomfortable with that and he gave me the copy of my passport that he had made. I’m so happy that he did. I had never heard of such a rule. I...
