Absolutely terrible experience with Apartment E6. We paid in full for our stay through Expedia, arrived expecting a smooth check-in, and instead were left completely stranded. The owner claimed they hadn’t been paid by Expedia and refused to grant us access to the property. To make matters worse, after a few initial responses, the owner completely stopped answering our calls and messages, leaving us with no support and nowhere to stay.
This situation is unacceptable. As paying guests, we should never be caught in the middle of disputes between a property owner and a booking platform. There was zero accountability, zero communication, and zero effort to resolve the issue on their end.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to stay far away. This was stressful, unprofessional, and completely ruined our plans.
