"The staff was great, the room was great. We have two dogs and went to use the "dog yard". It is a great space, plenty of room to throw a ball, have the dogs get some run time. The problems were... -three exits that were not secure (if not wide open) -dog piles of poop all over -no place to throw away the poop we picked up from our dogs (bagged). Had to walk to dumpster -no bags for people to us if they forgot their own -signs would have been helpful to remind people to pick up their dog piles I...

"The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe."

"Just not a nice hotel considering how much it costs. You can literally see through the side of the door frame so you have to crank the heat to stay warm. Lots of noise from the road comes through as well. The rooms aren't terribly loud but you can hear other people in their rooms. Everything felt outdated, and overall, just not a great experience considering how expensive this is. For half the price, I wouldn't be as upset."
