"Parking felt safe and easy. Staff was kind and helpful. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like, and it's showing some real signs of wear (rust/crust around metal finishes, crack in toilet seat, etc). And the breakfast hot food was a bit overcooked. Great hotel overall. Would stay again "

"The first time in Del Lago, not really impressed with the room, it's roomy I can say, but the furnitures are old , there is one long table underneath the TV to be function as dressing table , and coffee maker is there too , and as a desk in the corner, all scratches all over.it's four star hotel, it says on the website daily cleaning , but they won't clean even though you put the sign st the door! The first we were there , shower gel was empty! Not a good sign! My husband had to go downstairs to receptionist to ask shower gel! I try to call house keeping using room phone it did not connect , seems like broken phone! Is not like what we expected ! They should do better than 3 stars hotel . They don't have little store where you can find daily needs ! We have to drive over 5 miles to find cough drop and coughing medicine ! One positive thing that Del Lago have is the cafe ! " Sociale" cafe . Breakfast is winner there, the dinner also delicious, It was surprised me that their Vietnamese Pho taste like authentic Vietnamese , so so delicious! We mostly had breakfast there, our waiter Candice is happy person and very friendly , Customers likes her . If you ever go to del lago someday , you shouldn't miss to eat at Sociale Cafe! Another thing inside the casino there a bar " Bourbon and Brew" , their bar food menu delicious , the wings so yummy ! Big TV to watch the games, pleasant place to relax. Suggestion to Resort owners, you need to update the rooms,and clean more! "

"The room was not clean. There was rust on the fixtures. While I could overlook this, the cleanliness of the room and common areas lacked. Film, dust, particles stuck to walls. "

"We checked in late and the person who checked us in was fantastic - Mark maybe? The room was spacious and very clean everywhere but our sheets were a bit sketchy. Because it was so late we had them give us another fitted sheet and just put it over the other. The facilities are very nice and clean though we didn't get to use or see the pool. The pull out couch, though small, was extremely comfortable. The bed was absolutely NOT. it's was like laying on cement. I ended up sleeping on the full size pull out couch with my daughter because it was more comfortable. I was impressed at how clean that couch mattress was. Usually they are a little grungy. The water pressure in the shower is great. It's a little too much with their tiny sinks though so you end up mopping up the sink all the time. The breakfast for $13 I wouldn't pay $10 for. Very unimpressive. It was also extremely expensive for the area in my opinion. We paid almost $600 for two nights. I'd say a mixed bag. "
