"First, I'll address 2 negative reviews that I saw and counter with our experience. The first, our room did NOT smell bad at all. And the 2nd, the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! Look y'all, is it a "top tier" hotel/motel? No.... BUT it was EXACTLY what we needed, when we needed it. I couldn't be happier with the stay. "Straight forward motel very clean and good rates . I ended up there because all other hotels in Albany were sold out but am considering using them now for business trips and save a lot of money , "

"The price was right but you get what you pay for. The room was very clean and overall comfortable. However, there were only 2 pillows for a queen size bed and the room had no cups or glasses. I probably could have gone to the office and requested these items but felt that they should have been provided. There was a microwave and refrigerator which were nice conveniences."
