If You have difficulty Walking Up and Down Stairs then Definitely Request a room on the First Floor!! "This was a great find. You can tell the owners care about their property. Beautifully renovated and appointed. Room was so clean and staff was very friendly. Even though it is located on a busy street, it looked like most customers were given rooms behind the front rooms. We didn't hear anything & I'm a light sleeper!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
