"I had an accessible room. I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed in the height of the toilet. It is not adequate for someone who is handicap and has a hard time rising from the toilet seat. The shades on the window did not work. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. "

"The hotel staff was very nice. It had a nice gym. Pool was closed, but I wasn't going to use it anyway. The continental breakfast was good... except for the eggs. The room is where everything went wrong. 1st, the light when you first walked in was out. Half of the shower door was missing... but worst of all, they bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. My back is still on a lot of pain more than aday and a half later. The reason I am giving a 3 star tating is...

"Kinda ghetto, loud slamming doors, major road noise from the main road all hours of the nights. Food near by is decent, extremely strong smell of cologne or what ever it is they use to mask smells or clean. Hot water was a little interesting. Took forever to heat up then got cold. Faucet in bathroom water was brown. Not sure what that was about but Hey for 50$ a night what do you expect. "

"Walls were paper thin. Took was cramped. Noisy neighbors, could hear everything including pigeons cooing. Only one exta pillow available. What a dive! Lol"

"The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one "

"Close to airport, not much in the area. You get a bed and a warm shower. A bit older and not much around. Does have a lot of electrical vehicle charging stations there though."

"The reason why I rated Hampton Inn, sort of low is due to the pool was not operational. I specifically rented a room at this hotel because of the pool and it was my daughter‘s 18th birthday. I also found a small bug in my bed however I was so tired and a little tipsy. I did not call down to report it. Erin E Courtney "

"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."

"The room was clean and nice. There was no staff at the main desk everytime I went there. I saw one staff for my entire stay. No housekeeping services. There were cigarette butts all over the ground at the side door, like someone dumped the cigarette disposal and never cleaned it up. It was there for at least 24 hours. "

"My room was so lovely, with a comfortable bed, a nice view of the city, very clean, and quiet. It's a great location for exploring the city - walkable to good restaurants (I loved La Bola), the GeVa Theater, Planetarium, and many good coffee shops (Albunn was fantastic). This hotel just has so much more character than a chain. Highly recommend! "

"The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The tv kept having pixelization issues but outside of that I enjoyed my stayed."
