The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. "Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

"Easy to find, centrally located and clean."

Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all...

Lastly, the staff kindly left me and my friend complimentary bathrobes to be used, however 1 of the robes had mold spores on the sleeve (seen in the pictures attached) therefore...
