"The hot tub was out of service and the pool was green, and no word how soon it woukd be available for usage. Breakfast is typical, except the eggs and sausage, the quality was not that great. The breakfast area during my stay was not kept clean, food spilled everywhere with no one in sight to clean it up. Requested housekeeping and towels mid day and never received the service. . The location was perfect for me. The evening staff was helpful though."

"Our daughter is in ICU at Wesley. We were always in and out due to her condition. Breakfast was usually skimpy as last users. Eggs were dried out most of the time. One of the guests stole my Vietnam Veterans hat after I left it unattended for a few minutes. Other guests that used the pool were extremely noisy in the hallways. "

"Booked an accessible room, didn’t get it. Gave us a room key and when we opened the door, the room was already occupied (here in Kansas, that could have been literally deadly). Absolutely no water pressure. "
