"Very clean! After a long way driving from Colorado my husband and I wanted a good night of sleep to continue driving in the morning to East Texas but the guests next door were too loud. A lot of loud music as well from the same room. Breakfast was wonderful!"

"* The front desk clerk shouldn’t worry about feeding the stray cats outside and pay more attention to the guests. When we arrived she was outside trying to feed them. Our keys that she gave us for our room wouldn’t work so we went back to the front desk and had to wait again because she was outside trying to feed the cats again. * Hotel smelled like incense burning especially in the hallways. "Property is severely dated, needs updating. Loud guests, cops were there last night. Continental breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were very hard. Sausage patties were very over cooked. Juice machine out of apple and cranberry juice."

"This is our favorite place to stay. We always utilize Homewood Suites for our stays. They are always clean, the staff is always terrific, and the stay is always pleasant."

"I liked how beautiful the hotel was being a restored historic building. The studio room was very comfortable and accommodating, with the kitchen included."

"I wish we would have known it was being remodeled. It was messy on our floor, and it smelled of construction dust. The kids were anxious to swim but the patio and pool was under construction and wasn’t open. We could use the pool at the hotel next door, but with state track and all the track teams in town we thought it would be very crowded."

"The property is beautifully maintained, the room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast had many options for everyone but was definitely crowded each time we went down. The only thing that is inconvenient about this property is that the parking is across the street in a parking garage and you pay $14/day (even as a hotel guest)."
