"No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of."

"The "Woodstock Inn and Suites" are represented by Expedia. On the site, it says that there is a complimentary breakfast, but there was not any breakfast. The receptionist told us that they discontinued the complimentary breakfast, but that Expedia won't remove that from the listing. That was a disappointment. There was also confusion about available overnight parking. It took some time to figure out where we could park. Eventually the receptionist provided us with a parking...

"Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff."

"The staff were fantastic, even though the water was off for a couple of hours due to circumstances beyond their control. They made sure we were well accommodated, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Love the amenities for the price. The kitchenette was really clean and had all the basics. Staff was very helpful and even offered cold water at check-in on a hot day. Hope to have a reason to return to Kitchener overnight so I can book this hotel again!"

"We've stayed here twice, and will again. The first time we had a very small room, but at a recent stay the room was huge. The bathroom was European tiny, and no counter or even sinktop room to put anything. Still, it was clean and just fine. The location is perfect, and the staff is better than perfect—helpful, kind, and knew how to take care of business (including running outside to stop a parking cop from giving us a ticket as we were leaving and loading up)."
