"Very much enjoyed our stay (7 nights). Had a suite with a kitchenette counter, was very comfortable. Convenient location for restaurants and the theatres. Look forward to staying there the next time we’re in town."

"This property is extremely outdated with little modernization. The room is small with outdated furniture, although the mattress was good. The room door only had a handle lock which opened with an actual key - no deadbolt or other locking feature. The auxiliary entrances were not locked or secured in any manner. Check-in took 20 minutes with a clerk who struggled with understanding 3 people checking in with 2 separate reservations. I am unclear if language was the barrier or if it was...

This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend"

"Love the amenities for the price. The kitchenette was really clean and had all the basics. Staff was very helpful and even offered cold water at check-in on a hot day. Hope to have a reason to return to Kitchener overnight so I can book this hotel again!"

"Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff."

"Very clean apartment, with helpful staff who answered all of my questions through email. There was laundry in the apartment that you could use, and a fully stocked kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."
