"It’s a very historic hotel so the architecture is amazing but the upkeeping of the rooms is not! I had to be switched three times in a small weekend stay which made it not very convenient for me! I had to unpack and pack three times in a Friday to Monday morning stay! At the end for my lastnight I was given a suite but it still don’t change the fact of the inconvenience even the general manger of the hotel was nice and helpful. "

"Great value compared to surrounding properties. No set shuttle schedule but they have an app to use to track it. It runs 24 hours which is a big plus. It is in walking distance to LAX rental car center. Very convenient. It's basic but clean. Food and drinks are on the high side."

"The room was nice. I slept really well. It would be nice if there were silverware to grab when the restaurant forgets to bring any. I wasted a lot of money not being able to even get a spoon. Otherwise the stay was not too bad. I would definitely stay again"

"Great location. Frequent shuttle pickup and drop off. It is the first pickup on the route so you’re only competing with fellow guest for seats. The Hilton is the second stop and shuttles often fill up at the Sheraton. Will definitely stay here again. Prefer it to the Hilton."
