とてもきれいで快適に過ごせました。変なところは恐竜がエントランスでお出迎えしてくれたり、外に幻想的な木があったり、ラグーナまで続くイルミネーションに癒されるところかな。家族みんな夜まで楽しめました。

ロボットでお出迎えとはいえ、有人の対応は親切で、イベントも細かく教えて動線まで教えていただいた。設備は宿泊費の事を思えばシーズン真っ只中では安いとさえ思う。

ラグーナテンボスとの直結が良かった。朝食も満足でした。ラグーナとホテルに子供が満足でした。いい思い出になりました。一方で、駐車場をアスファルトにして欲しい。車の砂ぼこりによる汚れが気になります。高級車も多かったので是非とも改善して欲しい。

子連れには最良

恐竜好きの子供を連れて行くには非常に良いです。お風呂は大浴場は無く、部屋に設置されているものしかありません。周辺に日帰り温泉はありますが、歩いて行ける距離にはありません。ラグナシアへの直結入場口があるので、朝一から入場をお考えなら、宜しいかと思います。

エアコンが臭い。　夜中に電話が鳴り起こされた。受話器を上げるとメロディーが流れ…。それが３回もあり、受話器を上げたままにした。お陰で寝不足。翌朝スタッフに聞いたら、「電話が混線していて、こちらも何度かありました。」だからお客も我慢しろと？謝りもしない若い女性スタッフ。話にならない。残念。
