自転車で大阪から東京までの行く道で泊まらせてもらいました。 現地払いで予約していたのですが時間に間に合いそうになく先払いに変更していただきました。 対応が早くて良かったです。 20時頃には宿の人はいなかったのですが、メールでチェックインの手順が送られて来てました。 お風呂はわからないですが、お手洗いは綺麗でした。 部屋やお手洗いにある水道の使い方は分からなかったですが、廊下にある水道も綺麗でした。 泊まった部屋には小さい虫がいました。自分は問題ないのですが、苦手な人は気になりそう。 厚めの布団が置いてあり、寝心地良かったです。 エアコンが入る前から付いていて快適でした。 宿のすぐ横に鰻のお店があったのですが、19時に閉まるらしく行けなかったです。 今後また浜名湖に行くことがあればまた泊まらせてもらいたいです。

Good overall

It's was really good, I forgot to ask for an early check-in but theh saw me sitting outside waiting let me check in early which was super nice, I did nock to ask if I could leave my bags but the only staff there at the time was deaf, so that's okay. The room was good and comfy and warm. And the bath was amazing highly recommend. I unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast but there is an unagi place that opens at 11 they recommend which was good The only drawback is the urinals, they need to be flushed more. They need to use a enzyme cleaner to breakdown the crystals. If they don't do this the smell will get worse but it'll also get blocked.

値段がとても安いので、完璧さは求められませんが…古い設備を工夫して快適になるように工夫している。値段重視の旅行には最適です。素泊まり2500円/人　3人で一部屋利用の金額でした！

夫婦、娘、孫3人の6人で宿泊しました。トイレ、風呂共用はどうかと思っていましたが、家族風呂が広く、孫がとても喜んでいました。泊まる部屋によると思いますが、部屋も広く、ふとんもふかふかで6人でもくつろげました。鉄道や車などの音がうるさいというクチコミもありましたが、気になりませんでした。隣のうなぎ屋さんも美味しくて大満足です。ひとつ言わせてもらうとすれば、2階のトイレが使えず3階に行かなければ行けなかったことです。宿泊費がとても安いので文句は言えないと思いますが……お世話になりました。

建物は古いが、所々にオーナーの配慮を感じた。 風呂とトイレは共用なので、苦手な方はキツイかもしれません。 個人的には満足な内容でした。

ハマイチでの利用

ハマイチのため前泊で利用させていただきました。他の方のレビューで浴場使えないかもと思っていたのですが、湯船全く問題なく使えて快適でした。目の前にローソンがあり超便利です。値段を考えると大満足です。また使わせてもらおうと思っています！

安かろう悪かろうでした。

料金が安いので仕方無いと諦められるところと、譲れないところがあり、共同でも湯船に浸かれると思っていたのに、風呂故障と言われて共同シャワーのみなにそれってかんじでした。二度と利用はしないと思います。

海外の安宿より最悪

口コミに書かれていた以上に最悪でした。 民宿に着くとホテルズドットコムから何も聞いてないと言われ領収書をみせ入ることはできたが部屋のエアコンは壊れテレビも壊れていた。 文句を言うと他の宿に行っていただいても良いですが、と開き直り、この時点で夜の8時半で荷物も上げてしまってたのでそんな面倒なこともと思い我慢、さらに風呂に入ると湯が止まらずそれをオーナーに言うとこちらが壊したと言われ金額の請求はなかったが言い合いになると警察を呼ぶと言われ来た警察からはこちらは何も悪くないと言うこと。睡眠時間は減るし踏んだり蹴ったりでした。 歯磨きをしようと蛇口をひねると茶色の水が出てきます。 オーナーは知らぬ存ぜぬで本当に最悪な宿でした。 ホテルズドットコムさん早く外した方が良いと思います。 このままでは被害者がふえホテルズドットコムさんのイメージ悪化に繋がると思われます。

一人旅、お仕事などには十分です。

バイクの一人旅。部屋は広い和室で綺麗に掃除してありました。 エアコン、無料テレビ、民宿ですので、お布団もこんなもの。 鍵もかかるし、マンガもいっぱい、 トイレ、お風呂シャワーは共同で十分。冷蔵庫、電子レンジも廊下においてあり、使わせてもらえます。Free-WiFi（今回使ってない）もあるようです。 食事は近所のお店を教えてくれました。 道路の向い大きなコンビニ。 おばあちゃんも愛想よく優しいし。 物干し部屋から浜名湖が見渡せます。 夜８時に花火あったから多分すごくよく見えるはず。 以前はお寿司屋さんもされていたのでしょうが、登録を変更できてないのでしょうね。 カップル用ではないですが、十分と思います。 ４階くらいまで、階段で荷物はこぶのを文句ゆうのって、 体鍛えた方が良いですね。

直ぐ裏には鰻屋さん、歩いて１分以内にイートインスペースのあるローソン、他にもコンランドリーもあるので便利！ 宿泊費を浮かせたい場合にはもってこいのお宿です。 女将さんがとっても親切で丁寧に対応してくれる。 大きめな洗面所に、自由に使える電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポットあり。

予約内容や支払いについて、民宿側が理解しておらず、なんども説明しないとならなかった。 いくら安価とはいえ、仕事として営業しているのなら、 宿泊日数や部屋番号など、把握しておくのは当然のことで、支払いについても、誤って二重支払いさせられるところだった。逆にいえば、宿側が支払いについて未確認ゆえに未収になることもあると思う。総合的に、お互いに気持ちよく宿泊できなかったと思うので、低い評価です。せっかくの出張ですから互いに良い一期一会であってほしいと望みます。

予約の際の部屋とは違う部屋に案内され、写真は食事ができる様になってましたが一切無いです。また、布団が不潔でダニの様なものに数カ所刺され急遽、布団を入れ替えました。この様な状態では掲載されない方が良いと思います。安いのは安いですので、事実と違うサービスの所は一度記載整理した方が良い。

応援してあげたくなるおばあちゃんにほっこり

元は寿司屋を併設した民宿ですが、今は民宿のみになっています。 施設は古いですがリーズナブルな料金です。 ４人で利用しましたが、２部屋を用意してくれました。 １号室のエアコンは効きがいまいちですが、２号室は良く冷えます。 サービスは基本セルフで共用です。 共用の風呂、共用のトイレ、共用の冷蔵庫、共用のポットとお茶等。 漫画本が写真の他にもたくさんありました。 食事は提供不可ですが、隣がうなぎ店、車で５分の場所にはラーメン店、 店の迎えにはコンビニがあり困りませんでした。 過剰なサービスに慣れた方にはお勧めしませんが浜名湖が望めたり、 一人で切り盛りするおばーちゃんの笑顔や心配りにはほっこりさせられ、 昔の民宿はこんな感じだったのだろうと改めて思いました。 また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思います。
