"Our flight got in way before check-in time & was able to get checked in right away. The room was clean, had a white noise machine, very comfortable robes, & Nespresso machine. The breakfast provided was delicious & the staff were friendly. We were sad to leave & would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is beautifully maintained. Doormen were great, front desk service was great. They even added ice to our cooler when we stored our bags for a few hours. The rooms are beautiful and the overall feel of the hotel made us feel like we were in a special place. They offered turn down service and brought us chocolates. "parking was awful. found 2 bugs in room , stayed 2 days asked for clean towels 3 times no one ever sent themm to my room as promised . all of Tv channels didn’t work , room was smaller than expected . a lot of dust!"
