"Bathroom shows mold at the shower area. The worst is the wifi which was extremely slow and at times was in and out. Best speed was around 8mbps. I consider it a expensive hotel and was expecting better."

At the time I booked my reservations through Expedia “outdoor swimming pool” and “gym” was in the amenities/property pictures but guests are not allowed to used pool on weekends and cannot use the gym at all!! So be aware. Very sparse kitchen utensils. You have to check-in and pick up the elevator keys on a separate building across the street. Front desk...

"The hotel service staff weren’t great. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in and the reception staff were poorly behaved. Letting in the cleaners was a waste of time as the floor was still dirty. We also received a strange text asking to access the stock room in our room during our stay. It was odd to store goods in a guest’s room."
