"It’s a rather “rough” area and property reflects that. I think there are a few long term residents and they don’t seem to care about the property. "

"After our second stay here, we will not book again. It's ok-enough I guess, if you just need a bed. But, weird creaking noise by showerhead, nasty feeling doornob, had poor patch/paint job of previous holes in wall, and the layout had a nook with luggage rack and ironing board oddly located where if anything fell from that nook it would land across the bed at head level which seemed like a weird and uncomfortable design choice. Our first stay had been close by the staircase up from the main lobby. That room was fresh and nice, and motivated our return booking. This time we were met with a crap room at the end of a smelly hallway that required a ride up in the off-putting elevator. Bummed because we thought we had a regular place for our recurring trips to the area ... but ... no thanks, not rolling the dice here again with lots of other options around. "

"The entire hotel was filthy. Dirt on the floors, staining on the carpet, hair in the beds, spots all over the mattresses, no pillow cases on the pillows that were covered in stains, grime on the surfaces, dander and dirt all over the exposed bed frame, toilet paper in the toilet. It was so disgusting that we left upon arrival to find another hotel to stay in. I would have rather slept in my car. "

"We stayed in a spacious junior suite, which we really enjoyed. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed, and we could hear highway noise at night. Overall, the room was clean, though the coffee machine could have been better maintained. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Breakfast was fresh, and the location was very convenient. We would consider staying here again."
