"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"Breakfast was surprisingly very good, it was some of the best food I ate while in Budapest! The room was nice but the bed comforter was very small, I'm 5"7 and my feet were sticking out of the bottom of it. Other than that everything was amazing!"

It was on the major street with a few minutes walk to the subway which makes it very convenient to go around the city, and also walkable to Hero Square. We had a room facing the interior (the balcony/hallway); the balcony was not accessible which has made me feel safe. It is very quiet which is very important to me as I am a light sleeper. "Stayed near the Oktagon, and they have excellent windows. It was cool enough to keep them closed at night and despite being on a busy street, it was quiet. Rooms appear to be recently renovated and clean. The hotel is conveniently located on major transit routes. Neumi, one of the friendly receptionists, was extremely helpful with valuable information about transit, attractions and travel beyond Budapest. A great place to centre your vacation in Budapest. 35 euros for a cab from the airport."

"Very clean room, with enough space for 2, fully functioning kitchen. Very easy self service entry, keep in mind you need internet upon your arrival as your entry code will be available on your arrival day. The appartement is located next to busses/metro to get to the city center in a few minutes. There is a store nearby. Would definetely recommend this place and I would come back if I would visit budapest again"

"The Junior Suite was spacious with a mattress that's the perfect balance of firm and soft. Ample wardrobe space and a generous supply of hangers. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the bathroom is bright and spotless with premium toiletries.The breakfast was top-notch. Hot Chocolate is incredibly rich and intense. The made-to-order breakfast menu is exquisite, offering an extensive selection of dishes. The Spa was clean, spacious, and relaxing. "

"Nice apartment, location is quite far from the centre but good public transport links, poor communication from host initially and no reception to speak to, small issues such as the only frying pan does not actually work with the hob and we didn't have enough toilet paper or any body lotion but unable to contact reception to request, also no code for the bin store, overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend, check in is done via an email and I did not have WiFi which made this difficult...
