"Modern facilities with old-fashioned charm. The rooms are a good size; we had a view of the garden which was very pleasant. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is decked out in crisp white table cloths with smartly dressed waiters. "The first room we stayed in was on level 5 it had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We were told that the hotel was full so we couldn’t move to another room. The window was very small and only opened a few inches. We asked again 2 days later and were given another fan. However, it just blew the hot air around very noisily. "The hotel was ideally situated to travel into St Helier and to promenade by the sea front. The rear parking was a ample and a bonus. The room was well fitted out, but the plumbing services need to be upgraded as the Water pressure to the shower was too low. Heated towel rail ideal"

"The amazing views over St Brelade's Bay make this a really special place. There's a large patio and upper patio with comfortable seating where you can eat and drink and relax in this wonderful setting. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Food was delicious. Staff all friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop right outside so easy access into St Helier and Corbiere. I'd love to return."

Our main problem was our room was at the front corner of hotel overlooking a main road & roundabout,the traffic noise was really loud and did not subside until after midnight,the hotel was full until our final day so changing rooms was not an option."

"Expedia charged for beach view room but we got a back of hotel room where staff shifting cages of laundry at 7am every morning. Hotel was nice enough, but you clearly pay for stunning views."
