"The staff was amazing! Entertainment was on point. The pools were great and the beach was nice. It’s likely just all inclusive food but after 2 days it felt repetitive and boring. Otherwise, it was a great stay."

"This was a very nice resort. The rooms were clean, well stocked, and spacious. The pools were very nice. The restaurants(4) you need to make a reservation but I was told all but one was closed on a Monday. The 1 restaurant we did get to eat at the Brazilian steak House was amazing. Overall a nice vacation spot. Beware though, if you decide on an excursion anyone that “helps” you expects a tip. "My family & I stayed at this resort last year, it was amazing. It’s why we returned. Big mistake! Not sure what happened, but I can say I will not be back. It started w/ our room, which let’s just say, I had to complain & the manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade, so that was a positive. However, we were only given wash clothes day 1, I had to call or physically go get them after that. My mom saw housekeeping & asked for one & was refused. "This was our first time staying at Eden Bay. It was amazing! Staff and amenities were fantastic. The beach is a little rocky, but there were little pockets where the water was enjoyable. If the beach isn’t your thing, the pool offers ample space for relaxing. The food was on point; we particularly enjoyed dinner at the Steak House and at Sugar Cane. We will be back!"

"Breakfast choices included full, continental and Jamaican. Food was delicious. Lunch and dinner also very good. The Itilian restaurant was good also. Booth to get transportation to hotel is located @ the airport. Paid $15 USD Hotel has lots of out-door sitting spaces giving a home-like comfortable feel. Can sit out and look @ the beach or enjoy the court yard or the pool. It's not a 'fancy' hotel. But it is very comfortable. I recommend and would return."
