"Staff was extremely friendly and the place was clean"

"The room was decently clean if you didn’t look too close. The pool was very small and modest, more suitable for 1 family. The hotel rooms were outdated, which is stated and fine, but the particular room we stayed in had no deadbolt and a free-egress lock so our 15 month old was able to open the door at anytime regardless if it was locked. Overall, this hotel would be a nice location for a budget friendly, utilitarian stay. (Without toddlers who can open doors)"

"This is our second time staying (family of 5). The staff is very friendly and the price is great. I appreciate the addition of protein to the breakfast! The kids enjoyed the pancakes and waffles also. The creek out back is adorable. The pool is neat. There is a trolley stop out front but the trolley app is unreliable (nothing to do with the hotel just a note) The rooms are clean, but I liked the rooms on the side closest the city better. "Best part was staff. Although they are going through construction right now. I only stayed one night with my son so didn't get to try the pool out like I would have liked, but if all the elevators had been working at the time I could have since I was on a cane. If not for the sweet staff and the amount you get to choose from for their breakfast I could see the construction as being an issue . I believe this place has potential and have no problem staying here again."

"We booked several days but needed to check in a day later due to a family emergency. We were unable to contact the property (the phone would answer and drop) and when we showed up to check in we were told the reservation was gone, along with our money. Expedia contacted them but they refused to do the right thing. The front desk person was rude and it was an all-around bad experience. There are numerous options in Pigeon Forge so I would recommend any of the others."

"Room was clean and breakfast was good. Located close to the Convention Center which was a plus for our trip to Gatlinburg. Will probably be there again next year."

"Suite was big and clean. Two separate bedrooms sharing a single bathroom. No balcony and smelled musty. Lots of towels provided. Water pressure was great. Coffee maker had water still in it from a previous guest, so I was afraid to use it since it obviously doesn’t get cleaned or disinfected between guests."

"Beware, not clean, Furniture was extremely stained with who know what. Leaky toilet that they couldn't seem to fix. Email sent to manager per front desk instructions but never heard anything back. Overall our stay was not a good stay, and we left a day early due to issues that continued."

"We really liked the location. That was the best part and that the price was fairly reasonable. Things in the room were broken- there was a hole in the back of the bathroom door and the button on the lotion dispenser was broken. I wanted to tell staff about this when we check out around 8:30 am but the office was locked and there was just a drop box for the key. When we walked barefoot in the room our feet ended up black so you can see how the floors hadn’t been cleaned well. There is a balcony...

"Location was nice but rooms were very old and dingy feeling. Handle in the shower was almost falling off the wall, the outlet by the nightstand was almost coming out of the wall when phone charger was plugged in and on our last night we woke up in the middle of night with a puddle of water on the floor from the ac unit in the window leaking."
