"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"The hotel is attached to Grand Central Station which made it extremely convenient to use public transit. Everything appeared to be clean and the room size wasn’t too small for our family of 4. We stayed 4 nights and appreciated the comfortable beds after a long day of walking around the city.
It would be better if the lobby was cozier and the lights were on outside the hotel entrance. Not sure why all the lights were off. The bathroom was tiny and the depth of the sink was shallow so every...

"The rooms are extremely small my husband and I had to take turns walking around the bed because we both could not fit between the bed and the walls at the same time. I found it quite claustrophobic and checked out a day early. Also, there are options everywhere to leave a tip, but I didn’t know what I would tip for because they never took care of our room and we were there for three days. There are much better options. The downstairs was very exciting and the bar and lounge area was nice but I...
