The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
Our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. The bedding was done but toilet had stains on the seat and it wasn't flushed. The front staff quickly addressed the issue. Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
Was a great spot with kids!Really clean rooms. The treasure chest was a great bonus. Water park did the trick for the kids. We have a pool at home, so I felt a little like human soup with the crouded hot tub.

Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg
We were there for the Christmas Lights Parade and the hotel was right on the route and we were able to borrow chairs for front row seats The room was spacious with up to date appliances
