"The hotel was clean and well maintained upon our arrival. Due to other events, I did not get to enjoy the complimentary drinks or the breakfast. My mom did try the breakfast, but was disappointed. My only gripe is the parking. Once you check in, there is a gate that you have to scan to get out of for that lot. Then there is another gate to get out of the main parking lot. It’s an inconvenience if you have temporary guests visiting and also at checkout. It took several minutes for some guests to get out because no one responded to the call button. A suggestion would be to have staff dedicated to respond around checkout because a lot of people would be leaving."

"We’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Huntsville, Alabama every time we travel to Huntsville, and we always enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. We’re always pleased with our experience here. The only issue we had during this trip was that housekeeping didn’t come by to refresh the room. We travel with a baby, so we tend to go through more towels and have more trash than most guests. Other than that, we had another great stay and will definitely continue staying here when we visit Huntsville."

"Room was filthy! We couldnt bare the smell that was unmistakably cat urine and cigerettes. Cigerette burn holes covered the bed linens, pillows, carpet and every surface in the room. Outside of the room people (appearently not guest) were laid in hallways inside and out.We immediatly returned to counter and informed the girl who checked us in that the room was unacceptable. All she said was " Yeah I get it, go online where you booked it and get a refund". She never offered to get us a " clean room " which I am guessing that didnt exist in this hotel.The following day we were still charged for the Cat Urine room! No refund has been given since and no explaination what so ever. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE - YOU WILL ONLY BE PAYING FOR THEM TO KEEP THEIR LIGHTS ON FOR THE FOLKS IN HALLWAYS! BEWARE!"

"A/C set to 65 but it stayed 71-72 the entire time like we weren’t the ones who really had control! Miserable! Up and down all night due to being so hot! "
