"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

"The breakfast was good, but let down by being a little cold. The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room. "

"Lovely place, very clean & the hosts are lovely. The room was a great size with a sea view. I was travelling with my dog & by train & it’s not far from the train station. Lidl’s is about 8 mins walk up the road. I would definitely stay here again if in the area again."

"We stayed at several places and this was another good one, but, keep in mind that: 1. You need to prebook a parking space. it will be an extra charge ~ £9 2. Also, prebook the restaurant for dinner. They can't guarantee guests a table 3 they automatically at a 10% gratuity on dinner bills, it says optional on the check Recommend."

"Historical with beautiful ground. We stayed in Hunter, a three bedroom apartment that is built against a ground. It is a bit musty and quite basic. Mattresses are not good quality. Bathroom has no counter space. The property in general feels dated and not luxury when it comes to softwares."

"We stayed in a cabin at the Pirate Inn Penzance. It was brilliant. You could feel the cleanliness. . Everything you needed for a stay was in the cabin, toiletries, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, get the idea it was all there ' hairdryer, fridge , little brush & dustpan. Really rea.ly comfortable place to stay. We had dinner at the inn, just a few steps from the cabin. . A good selection on the menu and nice welcoming staff."

"I recently stayed at this hotel in St Ives and had a very disappointing experience. The room I was given did not match what was shown in the booking photos at all. It felt misleading and not worth the money. Cleanliness was a major issue — the room was not properly cleaned, which made the stay very uncomfortable. "A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location. Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. If you plan on being in this part of Cornwall, you should definitely book this home. Geoff & Jan are wonderful hosts."
