"Decent for price. Vending machines didn’t work and took money. Thought room had microwave but didn’t . Did have a mini frig. Was told diff times for shuttle to Navy base as seems other people also told various times. Decent walk area to Subway, Dunkin', McDonald’s and 2 gas stations stores. Clean decent for amount paid and close to Navy base. Recommend take uber or taxi to graduation though as it was $10 a persons for shuttle which is a taxi yet was only $13 for 4 of us to take a different taxi back to hotel."

"This is our 2nd time vacationing at the Holiday Inn Vacation club in the Grand Geneva property. Amenities are amazing! Size of rooms and kitchen was perfect. The only drawback I had was that I was given an accessible room (didn’t request one) and the shower didn’t have a glass wall around it, just a curtain so our bathroom was constantly soaking wet. I didn’t like that. Also because it is so damp in there, the molding around shower was not in good shape and the bench in shower needs replaced. Otherwise, we love this property, price and location. Can’t be matched for what you get from it."

"Check in was a breeze. Room wasn't ready so we got our wristbands and could have gone to the waterpark. Room was clean but had a few maintenance issues. Door was hard to open (sticky), carpet was lumpy and fraying, charger port made a clicking noise when plugged in so we just unplugged that. AC was loud and so was the bathroom. Otherwise it was a nice stay."
