"My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...

"There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap."

"For $70 a night is not bad we had a place to bathe and sleep in but the walls were all cracked and there was a door that lead to i have no clue where, i also felt like i was being watched and the light switches did not work u had to manually turn the lamps on and off. No hot water in out bathroom. Bed was comfortable but had stains on the sheets and on the mattress… night staff was alright. Morning staff were really nice and really helpful. "This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here."

"Hotel was close to many things but it smelled old and we found roaches in the morning in the bathroom."

"Our overnight stay was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and clean. Nice fridge with small freezer. Breakfast area was a little messy, spilt syrup on counters and floor. Very convenient to highway. Aldi and other stores near by."

"Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again."

To check in I had to call a phone number, tell an automated system my name and what I wanted then wait to see if my call was accepted, talk to the person who said they would be right there. Had to wait another 9 minutes for them to show up. Got to the room and the tv only had sound, no picture. Had to walk back to the desk to tell them and a man came and tried to fix it but had to swap it out for another tv. There is also no ice but after telling the man he brought us some in...
