"Everything was perfect"

"When I book with Expedia, I don't expect a third party payer fee when I check in. It negated the discount for prepayment. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed cleaning. I did appreciate the opportunity for long term airport parking."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff were helpful. But be aware that there is no elevator. I did not realize that when I booked and stayed for two nights with a friend who has a bad knee. We were placed on the 2nd floor and the steps were difficult for her and we had alot of luggage to carry up and down. The breakfast is fine, but not alot of variety."

"The water pressure is absolutely horrible. The flooring around the tub was cracked and the tub surround was dirty. Other than that it was decent. A little high priced for the area."

Jess and co-front desk agent were very helpful and gave a lot of great advice for sight seeing. Jess informed us on how to have a better experience at the zoo. Thank you for making our stay more organized and less stressful. The room was clean, the air conditioner work great, the fridge also worked+++. The shower head could use a good cleaning (hint). The toilet was loud but manageable...

"We were not impressed with our stay. The receptionist our first night constantly had her phone in her hand and was not professional. The mattress in our room was very hard and uncomfortable. The ac did not work right and the shelf covering it was broken. We would not stay here again."
