"A car idled outside my window for 45 minutes at night. A big spider was in the shower which was dirty. I smelled cigarette smoke in the room even after the ac was on."

"The only positive is we had a nice room which was clean and well maintained. Breakfast all processed foods, subpar at best. Hotel is under construction which we didn't know. No laundry and no internet. However the biggest issue was, we prepaid for the room days prior to checking in. When we arrived , the front desk clerk asked for my credit card for incidental which is normal However after checking my card later, he charged the initial hold and then the price of the room which was already paid...

"Our first-floor room was pleasant and comfortable, though a little small for extended stay. It is a villa style, so the door opened to the outside. The overall layout is nice, but exterior condition of the walks made it obvious that it has been around for a while. The perimeter road desperately needs repaving--lots of potholes. We watched pool being maintained while we were there, but the "pool closed" signed had been up for so long they were starting to deteriorate. The staff was pleasant to...

"People should be told at check-in that if they are staying multiple nights the rooms will not be cleaned cept for every other night. At least the towels should be changed daily. Ice maker on my floor was broken. Front desk and coffee service staff were top notch"
