"Mainly excellent service at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle service to the metro and the airport was brilliant - on demand, no booking or timetables. The wait staff in the restaurant could have been more attentive - we were left waiting to give our order for 20 minutes. But this was the only grumble in what was otherwise a great experience."

"We had a fabulous experience at this beautiful and fun hotel. We used it as our "base camp" while traveling in northern Italy and we came back to it three times in 2 weeks. The facilities are amazing, especially the rooftop pool, the rooftop restaurant, the outdoor space off the lobby and the lobby itself. "Alles gut für eine Nacht. Frühstück ist ok, aber etwas einfach. Sehr laut beim Frühstück. Kaffeemaschinen haben teilweise nicht funktioniert. Zimmer waren gut und sauber, aber direkt an einer Schnellstraße gelegen. Fenster konnte man nachts nicht offen lassen. Personal ist sehr freundlich! Kostenlose Garage ist sehr gut."

"The overall experience is perfect. We stayed at Royal Garden because of how close it is to Unipol Forum. It's beautiful, very photogenic, perfectly clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. They even took care of our luggage after check-out, because our flight was later in the evening. The metro station for M2 is 5-6 mins away by foot, and you're in the city center in 20 mins. The breakfast is very rich, the quality of the food is 10/10. They have a really cute bar, the prices are cheap...
