"I've stayed here several times in the laat year and not disappointed. Rooms are comfortable, clean and the bed is excellent. Super comfortable. The staff have been helpful and very kind. I'll most definitely stay again."

"No room service, was there 3 days so garbage's full and ran out of towels. Can see daylight all around the door frame that goes to outside. Could not reach staff to file a noise complaint, so no sleep to be had on last night stay. Went to get a coffee in the morning that was supposed to be complimentary, pot was empty. You get an ice bucket in your room, with no available ice..."

"No air conditioning in the whole building. They have put signs in the elevator that temperature is going to fluctuate so management has decided not to turn on the AC. They advised on that letter that everyone should put thermostat on the fan mode and open the window to make room cool. This is very disappointing. I couldn’t feel slightest air coming from window. Sleeping through night was so uncomfortable, i had to get up and dressed at 11 pm to go to Walmart to buy table fans. (One fan was not...

"Very convenient for overnight stays next to the airport. . Pretty basic room but everything you need. very comfy bed. A bit on the pricy side for what you get but that’s Toronto."

"Great hotel conveniently attached to Pearson Terminal 3. Easy walk from the Hotel to Departures area of Teminal 3 and easy access to the Air Train that connects to Terminal 1. A good buffet breakfast was included in the room rate. A bit expensive, but worth the price for having a good rest before a long filght the next day and without having any transportation issues to reach the terminals from the Hotel."
