"Unfortunately the pool was not operational nor the hot tub nor the sauna. We would of cancelled our reservation if we were made aware of this in advance, as we had a child with us and i booked there specifically because there was a pool. Would def call in advance from now on."

"I chose the hotel because it was near a venue I was working at for the day, and knew I would be too tired to make the 2-hour drive home afterward. I arrived late, and despite having spent the time doing pre-check in online, I had to hang around the lobby to sign forms, including one about not smoking in the room. There was no parking in the front, so I had to move my car to a very poorly lit part of the parking lot, passing people standing outside smoking by the side entry, which was not locked....

"Stayed here the 2nd night cause it was non refundable; the breakfast is lacking but you can pay to upgrade to eggs (the good thing it opens at 6am weekdays vs 7). The hot water is extremely hot so be mindful of that. The Vaughan Monte Carlo was nice so thought would try this one. "

"I do not have pets so can not say if the Hotel is pet friendly. We got to the restaurant 20 min before they closed and they accommodated us. The chicken burger was not the best. However everything else in our short stay far out way any negative. I wife would not stay anywhere else. This is our second time. 4 Point Dixie road will always be our in transit home."

"Exceptionally clean rooms and common areas. Very friendly front staff and room staff. Good hot breakfast options daily. Tea and coffee 24hrs, great amenities pool and gym. We had a great time as a family. "
