"Looks like this hotel is fairly new to the downtown area in Providence It was very clean the staff are very nice beautiful decor there's a taco restaurant on the side of the hotel and they have a beautiful rooftop lounge where you order a small bites. The only drawback is that they don't offer hot breakfast only sandwiches and then you have to order them through an online kiosk and then give it to the front desk and they bring it down for you. So a lot of inconvenience steps to get breakfast but...

"This hotel is over priced with its current condition. They are presently under renovations. Construction goes from 8 am to 5 pm every day. The rooms are dated and dirty with mold in the shower and curling walllpaper. There are no amenities and parking is an additional charge 35.00 a night. Considering the current state of the hotel they could provide free water but that’s 3.00 dollars a bottle as well. Towels and bedding is thread-bare. "Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked.
