Went back the next day to try and get them. Left my details again for the housekeeping manager. Never heard back. Vibe in general was off. It felt rather unattended. Miss the Biltmore feeling. Stay at the Omni."

"We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Problems with checking in to hotel, shared with others in the street outside also having issues - left outside the building talking to customer representative who was extremely unhelpful. Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe. This is basically a one star place with extremely basic furnishings - booked two nights and stayed one night Property is unmanned - I was offered future discount if I gave good...
