"The staff was very welcoming and friendly our whole stay. We enjoyed the many offerings from buffet breakfast including pancakes, made to order omelettes and fresh fruit. The room was a decent size with a large bathroom and felt very private. We especially liked the balcony and could sit out in the rain to watch the birds and look down at the beautiful gardens. "

"Staff were lovely and the hotel grounds were beautiful. Our lodge came with a jacuzzi and views to Arenal volcano. Unfortunately it was covered in thick wet mist for the 4 days we visited. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is very courteous and the premises are gorgeous. It’s nice to have a volcanic water pool even though in my opinion it should not be so hot. Both my girlfriend and I got a little dizzy after a while. I do recommend staying there though. The breakfast is fantastic! Location as well."
