"One of the best hotels we have ever been to. So beautiful. I can’t say enough great things about this resort. Amenities, staff, the views. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!"

"This is definitely a 3 star resort. Nothing about it gives 5 star so please don’t expect it! The staff were sweet and helpful but I’ll tell you to stay here if you would like average over priced American food 😒, WiFi going out every day, an unclean out dated pool, and hard mango’s for a $10 🙄. My family and I spent our last two days at The Spring Resort & Spa at Arenal. It was definitely worth the Money. If you’re looking to enjoy yourself without going out every day this resort is not it....

"Lovely self sustaining eco resort in the midst of the forest.
We loved the food, the coziness of the cabin, the yoga classes, and wandering around the property. The farm tour and the night tour were fun activities to do with a 4 year old.
We did not like: occasional smell of sewage around the property, especially around the pools. Dated bathrooms in cabins - needs a refresh. Construction noise around the property.

"Breakfast buffet was awesome. A lot of hot springs to choose from. Beautiful landscaping. Security guard 24/7. Very short drive (less than 20 mins) to all the main attractions like Arenal Volcano hikes, La Fortuna Waterfall, Mistico Hanging Bridges, sloths tours, coffee and chocolate tours."
