Everything went perfect. Checkin was easy. The room was very clean and modern. Francesca was a pleasure to deal with! I would easily stay here again.

Slightly Misleading Photos

The Room itself was very nice and spacious. However, we had to park the car on the road which we dare not move incase there was no space when we return. We also expected a small outside area which the photos suggest came with the room. Tropea itself was hugely disappointing.

Impossible to evaluate since Don Francesco Rooms rented our room, which we reserved online and prepaid, to people who showed up at the counter. When we arrived there, the transaction at the counter had not been completed but they decided to continue the transaction, leaving us in the lurch. They even contacted Expedia to refund us and fix the problem, which Expedia refused, telling Don Francesco Rooms to resolve the problem directly. After an hour of persistence, we were transferred to another adjacent hotel, in a basement…
