Bit better communication between reception and bar staff, wanted a bucket of ice reception told me to go to the bar and the bar staff said I could only have it if I brought a bottle of Prosecco.

Royal Maritime Hotel
Rooms were good , corridors were very shabby but in the process of refurbishment so could be overlooked.. breakfast was very good but quite expensive

The Langstone Quays
Had standard room and facilities as described, clean, couple of minor issues with condition of bathroom, but everything working. Staff welcoming and helpful, food at breakfast and dinner good. Outside of hotel needs refresh, but has nice postion by waterside.
